1. Order Cancellation
- You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been processed or shipped.

2. Refund Policy
- Refunds are applicable only for orders cancelled within the allowed time or in case of defective/damaged products.
- For damaged or defective items, please share a photo or video proof with our team within 24 hours of delivery.
- After verification, we will initiate a refund or replacement as per your preference.
3. Mode of Refund
- Refunds will be processed to the same payment method used at checkout (e.g., UPI, Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking).
- Refunds may take 5–7 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank/payment provider.
4. Non-Refundable Items
- Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with after delivery.
- Perishable items that are not returned within 24 hours of delivery.
- Orders cancelled after shipping.
